On-site Survey
Our free, physical on-site home survey is carried out by Roamler, our survey and installation partner. The surveyor may need access to the inside of your property to view the incoming elctricity supply, gas metre, water stop cock and all fuse boards.
You will be able to arrange the date for the survey between Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm and this usually takes around 15-30 minutes.
Your property information will be passed on to our surveying team who will the provide a no obligation quote for the installation.
Should you decide not to go ahead with the installation quote, we offer a full refund via the Go Zero Happiness Guarantee.
Installation Quote & Dates
Along with your quote you will then be offered a range of dates for the installation that best suits your requirements and we will then ensure that the charger is delivered ahead of the technician (please do not open the box) and the engineer will handle the rest.
Once installed the engineer will then walk you though the Optimus EV Charger and the Go Zero Charge App that controls the Optimus EV Charger.
Please note our technical team can only complete physical surveys and installations in the UK mainland.
