Who will carry out the Survey
We have a national network of installation teams that will work with you to gather the necessary information and figure out the best location for your Optimus Charger. What to expect during the Survey visit The survey will take around 15-30 minutes depending on your property and requirements, and just so you know, they will need access to the following:
- Your gas meter (if you have one)
- Your electric meter
- Your water stopcock
- Your fuse board(s)
- An electricity bill (to hand)
This is so that we can ensure that your home is safe and meets all the required regulations according to BS 7671:2018 (the 18th Edition). Please also have your last electricity bill to hand, they will need some numbers from that too.
Receiving your quote
